IMPORTANT NOTE: Items purchased during a SALE are NOT eligible for exchange or refunds.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

Validity: All products purchased from www.nookpret.com can be exchanged or refunded if they are received in a damaged condition, the wrong size, or as an incorrect item, within 7 working days of the delivery date—no questions asked!

Conditions for Exchange:

• Articles qualify for exchange or refund only if they are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact with packaging in its original condition.
• Please note that slight color variations due to photographic lighting or device settings will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Any additional fabric, stitching styles, accessories, or embellishments featured during photoshoots but not mentioned in the product description will not be provided with the product. Such claims for refund/exchange will not be considered valid.

Process for Online Exchange:

You may choose to use one of the approved courier services listed below. Kindly share your tracking number within 2 working days after dispatching the item to our premises.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed after a 12% deduction from the payment amount to cover administrative and processing charges. The remaining amount will be reimbursed within 15 days after the returned item has been received and qualified for refund.
