NOOK WOMEN’S WEAR – Returns & Exchange Policy
At Nook Women’s Wear, we aim to provide high-quality products and reliable customer service. By placing an order on our website, customers agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Items purchased on SALE are NOT eligible for exchange or refund.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
An item will only qualify for exchange if:
- The product received is damaged.
- An incorrect item has been delivered.
- The delivered size is different from the size ordered.
Important Terms
- Eligible items will only be exchanged for the same article, subject to stock availability.
- If the same article is unavailable, our team will contact the customer to arrange an alternative replacement with amount adjustment accordingly.
- Nook Women’s Wear is not obligated to provide cash refunds unless the order qualifies under the refund policy.
2. Conditions for Exchange / Refund
To qualify for exchange or refund review:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be attached and intact.
- Minor color differences caused by lighting or screen resolution will not be considered a valid reason for exchange/refund.
- Any accessories, embellishments, or styling props shown in photoshoots are not included unless clearly mentioned in the product description.
3. Timeframe for Reporting Issues
Customers must contact Nook Women’s Wear within 7 working days after receiving the parcel.
Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
4. Exchange Procedure
To request an exchange:
- Contact Customer Support within 7 working days of delivery.
- Share:
- Order number
- Details of the issue
- Clear pictures of the received product showing the issue
Approved Courier Services: PostEx & TCS
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to exchange or return parcels.
- After verification by our support team, return instructions will be shared accordingly.
- Tracking details must be provided after dispatching the return parcel.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for eligible prepaid orders approved by our team.
- A 16% deduction will be applied to the total payment amount for processing and administrative charges.
- The remaining amount will be refunded within 15 working days after the returned item has been received and approved.
6. Important Notes
- Orders once processed or dispatched cannot be canceled or modified.
- If a customer refuses to accept the parcel, no refund or compensation will be provided.
- Nook Women’s Wear reserves the right to reject claims where sufficient proof or required information is not provided.
7. Policy Updates
Nook Women’s Wear reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
