TERMS & CONDITIONS

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your order will be considered confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from Nook Women’s Wear or after the confirmation message appears upon successful checkout, along with your order number.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Nook Women’s Wear reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product being out of stock
  • Technical issues during order placement
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Suspicious order activity
  • Product quality concerns during inspection

Customers may cancel their order only before the order has been processed or dispatched.

DELIVERY & DELAYS

Nook Women’s Wear always aims to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeline. However, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We will not be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, damaged shipments, or failed deliveries caused by circumstances outside our control.

ORDER PLACEMENT

Customers can place orders directly through our website using the available payment method.

  • Orders are processed based on product availability.
  • In case an item becomes unavailable after order placement, our team may contact the customer regarding an alternative product or order cancellation.
  • If customer confirmation is not received within a reasonable time, the order may be canceled automatically.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Customers within Pakistan can place orders through Cash on Delivery (COD).

For high-value orders, our team may request advance confirmation before processing.
